Star2Star Hybrid Delivering to Domino's Pizza

Star2Star is seizing the moment in the cloud-based communications space. Recently awarded a 2017 Hosted VoIP Excellence Award by Internet Telephony (News - Alert), and unveiled a partnership with VeloCloud to create Star2Star Hosted – a fully hosted UC platform. And now, the cloud communications provider continues on its torrid path of disruption.


Today, Star2Star announced the successful integration of StarSystem Hybrid with Domino’s Pizza Chain PULSE Franchise Office System to streamline operations for the international pizza purveyor. Praised for its Pizza Tracker tool, Domino’s needed a way to keep up with data accuracy across franchises and possess the capability to meet high-volume delivery demands.

Star2Star was able to integrate its StarSystem Hybrid cloud communications system with PULSE, which provides delivery tracking data. With the integration in place, it created a more efficient, streamlined system; improving inbound calling, caller ID for screen displays as well as a serial data stream.

Now, when one orders a pizza over Domino’s IP phones, PULSE is provided with pertinent caller information to aid sales and customer service. In addition, Star2Star Hybrid also provides Domino’s with its standard arsenal of UC features: integrated voice, video, chat, fax, mobile and line pooling.
