It’s a known fact that automated dialing solutions improves workflow as well as streamlines marketing. However, this service is usually expensive for small and medium businesses.
In an effort to facilitate customers to schedule single or batch uploaded automated calls at an affordable price, IronVoice, a provider of cloud-based broadband phone service and virtual phone system for small and medium businesses, has rolled-out a new cost-effective automated dialing service, called as Remind.
For those unknown, automated dialer is software designed to dial the telephone automatically. It can store names and telephone numbers and facilitates users to contact people without remembering phone numbers.
According to IronVoice, the new automated dialing service helps customers by: reminding them about an upcoming appointment or due date; notifying them about events or promotions; making them aware that they have missed an appointment; and uploading a list of numbers to automatically transfer to agents.
"We have a lot of customers that are small doctor or dentist offices and they all have a common need to remind their patients of upcoming appointments,” says Bill Kervaski, chief executive officer and founder, IronVoice. "We took that idea to the next level and create a full feature automated dialing service."
Kervaski added, "When reviewing the market of automated dialing solutions, the landscape is narrow and services are expensive…We are excited to be able to bring this feature to customers for as little as 10¢ per call, less than half of the lowest competitor!"
Currently, IronVoice offers three packages, namely Business Basic, Business Complete, and Business Advantage.
Recently, IronVoice had rolled-out a new integrated texting + instant message (IM) feature, Business SMS, which facilitates customers to send and receive text messages from their business phone numbers as well as instant messages (IMs) to other employees regardless of geographic location. Users can send and receive texts across devices, such as smartphones, tablets and computers.
In addition, the company had also released new business integration tools for hosted phone service for business. These tools will allow easy integration with custom software applications, application event notifications, and application programming interface (API).
