Fuze Awarded New Patent for Analyzing Communications Data

Global cloud communications provider Fuze has announced it has been awarded a patent rights by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for recommendations based on in-session calls.

It’s no surprise that data is often compared to oil in terms of value. Having detailed customer insights based on previous behavior and interactions can provide a comprehensive understanding about the needs of individual customers, offering a more personalized experience that can brand loyalty. However, managing the sea of data from customers can be an impossible tasks without the support of automated resources.


Using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, this patented technology will enable Fuze customers to monitor various communications channels and enhance experiences with relevant recommendations for better service.The solution also helps users better understand customer intentions for reaching out, and can utilize generated suggestions to customize experiences based on customer preferences.
