Numonix Announces IXCloud for Microsoft Teams

While some regulations have relaxed enforcement since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, compliance is a necessary tool to protect customers and businesses; this state will not be permanent. For regulated industries compliance is part of a team member’s day-to-day activities as much as that first cup of coffee in the morning, and call recording plays a pretty big role.

This week, Numonix released IXCloud for Microsoft Teams, fully managed, cloud compliance call recording services. IXCloud will record, store and analyze interactions – with no virtual or physical servers required.
