As we saw at the recently concluded MSP Expo, there is no shortage of enthusiasm in the managed services space. From cybersecurity and the network, to the contact center and communications, for managed service providers there’s no shortage of opportunity – that’s abundantly clear.

Insight Enterprises is now offering Collaboration Services for Cisco Webex Calling, with Insight Managed Collaboration delivering services and ongoing support to ensure organizations can realize the awesome that is cloud-based telephony.

In selecting the Insight Collaboration Services for Cisco Webex Calling, clients gain end-to-end support.  Once selected, Insight will walk businesses through the design process, ensuring requirements are met, migration strategy is in place and ensure results are as expected.

Once design is squared away, the Insight team can assist in implementing working in tandem with the client’s IT team, or the company can allow for the Insight white-glove deployment approach. Beyond deployment and implementation, Insight offers training, self-service tools and additional support for any issues that may arise.

If the managed service path is selected, Insight will be responsible for incident management, any day-to-day administrative and change task management and will also suggest (and implement) service features along the way to optimize business results.

“Clients need a modern, simplified approach to collaborating that caters to how people prefer to communicate, including integrated voice, instant messaging, video conferencing and call recording. The calling system needs to scale quickly with business growth and allow easy communication for a dispersed and global workforce," said Mike Gaumond, senior vice president and general manager, Connected Workforce, Insight. "Our fully managed offering is designed to fuel workforce collaboration wherever employees happen to be while simplifying IT management and support."

Migrating to cloud communications isn’t just on IT’s shoulders. MSPs offer a more than manageable path to transformation.
