VirtualPBX Unveils Web Phone 2.0

VirtualPBX announced enhancements to the Dash Business Phone System with the release of its Web Phone, Version 2.0. All Dash users can now access the WebRTC-based solution via mobile and desktop browsers.

Updates to the solution include a new user interface, enabling easier access to contacts, audio options as well as improved voicemail management. The newly unveiled interface allows for users to configure Dash messages as they see fit, and can search by date and caller ID. Ensuring performance is the VirtualPBX Status Site offers a green light icon denoting 99.999% uptime.

New voicemail management is the first of many new features to come, as VirtualPBX notes CRM integration and SMS is coming as part of the provider product roadmap. Backend enhancements expanded function of the VirtualPBX Web Phone to make it more of a data manipulation tool offerings access to a wealth of information from the user interface. Access to data is the lifeblood of the digital age, as the most valuable commodity in the modern business and VirtualPBX is putting it at the fingertips of users.
