Blueface, HGC Form Partnership in Cloud

Communication service providers are piecing together the future landscape of the VoIP landscape. Leveraging the power of the cloud, communications are evolving and adoption is on the rise of these cloud-based telephony solutions: from hosted PBX to UCaaS.

HGC Global Communications announced a new partnership with Blue Face Limited (Blueface), pairing the fixed-line operator and ICT service provider with a prominent UCaaS provider to deliver UC Anywhere Service.

The UC Anywhere Service features include user-friendly call flow management; reliable, secure networks promising uninterrupted service; local numbers, local access, global reach all through a device of the user’s choosing; as well as video and audio conferencing. In addition, the cloud communications solution provides voicemail-to-email, intelligent call routing, simultaneous ring (SIM-ring) and more.
