Pareteum announced it has finished developing capabilities to host VoIP/PBX solution on its existing Global Cloud Platform. All Pareteum’s Global Cloud consumers will have access to the new commercial VoIP offerings while working with already implemented services.

Pareteum can now expand its business into the merged Mobile and VoIP/PBX services market. In short, any personal device can work the same as your virtual office IP/PBX, regardless of the time or location. This encompasses companies and call centers with several telephone numbers through one cloud.

Vic Bozzo, CEO of Pareteum, stated, "These platform enhancements are a natural fit for our customers as IP/PBX subscribers merge together with mobile connections. The offering expands the services our customers can deliver. This continues the goal for our Global Cloud Services Platform to be a single solution for the needs of the market."

Pareteum wants to reach businesses of all sizes while keeping customer service in the forefront. The company has a statement to connect “every person and everything” which is now more possible than ever with the expanded offerings. An international company in New York, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Barcelona, Bahrain, and the Netherlands, Pareteum serves retail, enterprise, and IoT customers.

According to Zion Research, the VoIP market is anticipated to exceed $140 billion in 2021. At the same time, the hosted PBX market will be at around $20 billion this year, according to a report by Eastern Management Group.
