TW Solutions Touts New Telephony Investments

Brazilian company, TW Solutions Telecom, is talking about its recent investments in new telephony technology.

The company has implemented a solution it calls Digital PA. That’s a multichannel call center solution for billing, customer service, operations, and satisfaction surveys. Digital PA can be integrated with several chatbots and employed in various channels and applications including voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook, Messenger and Telegram. 


TW Solutions Telecom has also invested in Virtual PBX technology. Virtual PBX technology enables businesses to use cloud-based solutions rather than on-premises gear to power their communications.

These solutions will help TW Solutions Telecom reduce mailing and telesales costs, and deliver other efficiencies. IBM Watson and Microsoft Azure served as the company’s partners for these efforts.

IBM Watson can provide customers with around-the-clock service across a wide variety of channels, and deliver unified experiences. The AI and bots it enables can deliver faster resolution to customer issues. IBM Watson also has the smarts to analyze customer behaviors and preferences in real time.

Microsoft Azure is a set of cloud services used by developers and IT professionals to build, deploy, and manage applications. Virtual PBX is one such application.

Global Market Insights suggests the overall UC market is poised to reach $96 billion by 2023. And it notes the expected proliferation of hosted products in this category.

More and more companies are employing as-a-service, cloud-based, virtual solutions to eliminate upfront capital expenses and some of the ongoing management costs involved with on-premises PBX and unified communications solutions.

"In today's cloud-driven world, offering communications on an as-a-service basis has never been more important or relevant," said CEO Rich McBee of Mitel.
