Konica Minolta Enhances Customer Service Flexibility

Ask and you shall receive. At least, that is the case for Konica Minolta when it came to responding to customer demands. Customers were looking for more effective, efficient, and flexible ways to produce and distribute business communications. The choice was made to enhance its SMS cloud offering, which now permits users to send real-time, personalized texts.

This translates into faster communication, which in turn translates into quicker processes and a much more efficient business. With this solution we can make information available to the right person at the right time on the right device.”

This platform integrates with Objectif Lune’s PlanetPress Connect’s workflow automation specialist. It helps to remove the need for manual intervention. Objectif Lune, along with Konica Minolta’s Cloud SMS platform, 123-TXT, only enhances functionality offerings.

“By integrating with the Konica Minolta SMS platform, customers have a new mode of distribution, advancing the way that they communicate,” added Matthew Irish, General Manager of Objectif Lune UK.

The partnership between Objectif Lune and Konica Minolta offers enhanced output options, including document retrieval notifications and document delivery notifications. An automated URL web link to an SMS allows the easy retrieval and viewing of documents. It also enables users to know when documents have been delivered and seen.
