The final stages of any software development project is comprise testing. After countless hours of creating the latest and greatest, it’s time to see if it’s ready to cut the mustard – so to speak. From gaming and consumer facing apps to enterprise communications and collaboration, Beta testing is a popular way to get the products in peoples’ hands to help iron out the wrinkles.

Recently, Yeastar unveiled its first cloud-based IP-PBX offering, and this week officially opened the Beta Program for the Yeastar Cloud PBX. Building on the success of the S-Series VoIP PBX, Cloud PBX will introduce the benefits of the cloud – namely, scalability and central system management.

In joining the Beta round, users can take full advantage of what the new offering has to offer, starting with a pain-free deployment process. Resellers and service providers can leverage the Yeastar Management Plane (YMP) to get the hosted PBX up and running quickly, with a dashboard for easy PBX management – like changing user capacity for instances. The Cloud PBX also provides mobility via Linkus Mobile Client, ensuring even when you’re on the go, it’s business as usual.

“With cloud technology becoming prevalent everywhere, Yeastar keeps the tradition of innovation to deliver the next-generation cloud telephony. With extensive feature sets, seamless scalability, and centralized management, YMP will go above and beyond your expectations,” said Alan Shen, CEO of Yeastar. “The Yeastar team is dedicated to meet any highly specific and personalized business needs. That’s why we open up this beta program to solicit feedback and better our offering.”

If interested in joining the Beta Program, registration and selection runs through the middle of October, and the testing people is through the end of 2017. Just in time for the official release of Yeastar Cloud PBX in Q1 2018.

Cloud communications is a field ripe with competition and opportunity, and over the upcoming months Yeastar appears to be in a good position for entrance.
