MegaPath Joins Forces with Tenfold

After a year of advancements and awards in 2016, MegaPath is starting 2017 out on the same note with a new strategic partnership. The company announced today that it is joining forces with Tenfold. Tenfold is a phone intelligence platform that supports customers throughout the entire process, and the company has a lot to give in terms of improving MegaPath’s offerings.


MegaPath works to empower businesses to easily and securely communicate between their headquarters, employees and business partners. One of the ways it does this is by offering a comprehensive portfolio of voice, unified communications, hosted IT, and secure data networking services that increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Through these solutions, which include virtual PBXs, MegaPath is able to help businesses with connectivity while simultaneously lowering costs.

As a result of this partnership, MegaPath will be releasing a new Hosted Voice service add-on called MegaPath Connector, which will be powered by Tenfold. This new offering will give customers the ability to integrate MegaPath Hosted Voice and MegaPath One services with more than 25 CRM and Help Desk applications quickly and efficiently.

How the new solution works is simple. By using the MegaPatch Connector, customers of MegaPath Hosted Voice will be able to unlock click-to-dial capabilities, automatic call logging, caller-info screen pops and advanced call analytics within their CRM or helpdesk application. Supported applications include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Zoho.

The main purpose of the MegaPath Connector is to enable quick deployment and ease-of-use. The Connector is also easy to self-manage, making it a good option for people who want the advanced capabilities without the accompanying headache.
