CoreDial Releases App for Mobile Workforce
In today’s increasingly mobile world, it’s more important than ever to offer solutions that people can use on the go. In fact, industry analysts predict that the U.S. mobile workforce will increase from 96.2 million in 2015 to 105.4 million in 2020. That’s quite the leap, and not all industries are preparing properly for this change. CoreDial, a white label SaaS provider, gets that concept, and has released a new mobile app to help companies provide their services to mobile workers.
CoreDial currently has 500 channel partners that provide cloud communications to more than 20,000 businesses in the U.S.CoreDial’s SaaS platform SwitchConnex is known for enabling the channel to quickly and cost efficiently sell, deliver, manage and invoice for reliable, private label cloud communication services, including hosted PBX solutions, VoIP, SIP trunking and unified communications.
Thanks to the new mobile app, all of those features are now available on the go. The app is designed to streamline communications and seamlessly help those working via mobile to stay connected. This new development allows CoreDial’s channel partners to continue offering their services, but in a more flexible way that has adapted to the changing workforce.
“Our customers are 100% mobile enabled, so the ability to offer mobile communication tools is vital to being able to service our customers with an end-to-end solution,” said David Geller, sales & support, CompuVoIP Inc. “The mobile app truly makes business communications on your smartphone a seamless process, and one that a growing mobile workforce expects their employers to have in place.”
The mobile app works by essentially providing mobile workers with the same capabilities they would have in the office. So, their mobile phones basically become their office phones. They can make and receive calls using their business numbers and also have access to important features that are integral to business operations, such as one-click-to-join conference calls, extension dialing coworkers, accessing voicemail and personal and corporate phone directories, and the ability to manage virtual attendant setting.
Hopefully with CoreDial’s mobile app, mobile workers will feel empowered to continue working on the go and more companies can prepare for the coming change in workforce dynamic.
