MyNetFone Limited Introduces Unlimited Business Phone Plan for Flat fee

When VoIP first became available, one of the features that attracted users was the number of unlimited tier of services it made available for users. With IP telephony now readily available almost everywhere, new hosted voice and data communication service providers are providing a range of solutions with unlimited features. MyNetFone Limited, a hosted services provider in Australia, just announced the introduction of VoiceLink, a business phone plan that delivers unlimited lines for a monthly flat fee.

One of the benefits of today’s ICT is businesses can have a global presence without physical establishments in the countries they want to do business in. With traditional line-centered telephony model, physical presence was required, however, hosted solutions deliver multiple options.

The VoiceLink platform connects the existing PBX system of a company through SIP trunking instead of traditional lines, thus delivering a cost effective and scalable option. Businesses can now add unlimited number of lines without having to worry about the hardware required to support the expansion.

"VoiceLink combines the freedom to scale with the certainty of a low monthly fee. Imagine replacing an ISDN 30 costing over $1,000 per month, with a $49 VoiceLink. Now imagine the cost savings of replacing five ISDN 30s with just one VoiceLink!" said MyNetFone CEO and Co-Founder Rene Sugo. "It's the smarter, leaner and more effective way to run a telephone system within a business."

According to the company, the VoiceLink is suited for organizations that receive large volume of inbound calls as well as promotional campaigns that are launched throughout the year. As demand increases or decreases, the charge for the lines will be the same no matter how many of them are being used. The only fee is the outgoing calls they make, phone number ranges, and a data tail with sufficient bandwidth to carry the VoiceLink SIP Trunking call traffic.

The platform allows businesses to keep their existing phone numbers, handsets and staff extensions. This is part of the MyNetFone’s deployment, which has been delivering services with plug-n-play VoIP, virtual PBX and number porting tool features.

VoiceLink offers:

  • IP Telephony services to a SIP-capable PBX system or via a SIP capable Gateway device,
  • Supports key ISDN capabilities, Caller Line Identification (CLI) and Direct Inward Dialling (DID),
  • Unlimited concurrent calls to numbers hosted on the MyNetFone Network. Although it is for inbound call collection, it can make outbound calls to Australian PSTN at call rates,
  • Unlimited concurrent inbound calls, access to casual conference plans and SMS services,
  • Portable base call reporting for outbound calls, and
  • Web portal access to.

Even though there are many advances taking place in communications, traditional pricing models are still pricing many small businesses out of this innovation. With VoiceLink, they will now be able to cross out one more technology they can afford.
