ZCorum & Alianza Enter the White Label Ring

Unlike men, all businesses are not created equal. Each firm has different needs and demands to be met, as such we are seeing not just growing adoption for virtual PBX, VoIP and the like, but also specifically for more white label cloud VoIP services. A white label service will mold a VoIP deployment to fit a business’s requirements and cater to the growing demand for customizable and personalized VoIP services.


Attempting to capitalize on this trend in the form of a new partnership providing cloud-based VoIP services for broadband providers are ZCorum and Alianza. Utilizing Alianza’a Cloud Voice technology and ZCorum’s provision of digital voice and managed services, the newly minted duo are directing efforts to both the commercial and residential market.

“Service providers today need access to next generation VoIP technology at a cost where they can launch and market the service profitably,” proclaimed VP of Sales for ZCorum Arthur Skinner.

VoiSelect, a product of Alianza’s Voice Cloud Technology, provides customers with SIP trunking services to help ensure internal communications are reliable, secure and high-quality. Alianza is able to deleiver these services via its network functions virtualization (NFV) infrastructure, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery and licensing model.

Skinner also noted that, “The move to VoiSelect gives them [service providers] a digital voice offering that will stay up-to-date, and includes advanced features without the provider or their subscribers getting nickeled and dimed to death. We charge one low price per line with all the features, whether it’s a residential account, a business line or an extension on a PBX.”

Choosing a VoIP solution, it is not a one size fits all scenario. The process involves a company doing its research into not only what providers are offering, but what actual needs are. And, as the market is dictating white label solutions, tailored to fit specific communication needs are quickly joining the preferred services ranks.
