Today, hotels look for every competitive advantage when it comes to offering high quality voice and high speed internet access and for this purpose they are constantly in search for service providers who can provide them the best solutions.
In an effort to serve the hotels in the best possible way, CCI Systems has recently picked OneAccess (News - Alert) Networks’ multi-service router and gateway solutions, for its Managed Hosted Hospitality PBX Services.
Officials said that CCI Systems’ Managed Hosted Hospitality PBX (News - Alert) Services now integrates the One1540 and the One700-24 FXS platforms.
Hoteliers, with the help of the Hosted Hospitality PBX solution of CCI are able to attain dramatic costs savings and economies of scale. This is accomplished with the usage of hosted voice integrated with SDD's cloud-based JAZZ Fusion hospitality features and integration middleware for hosted voice, internet and video services.
Using the JAZZ Fusion platform, CCI (News - Alert) Systems’ hosted PBX service provides customized solutions with over 80 features and full integration with the hotel's Property Management System.
With the selection of One1540 WAN failover capabilities, CCI Systems is further able to offer high availability with 4G/LTE (News - Alert) wireless backup.
The One1540 offers high performance multi-service throughput for the delivery of hosted or cloud-based services to facilities such as hotels.
"We are excited to be a part of CCI Systems' Hosted Hospitality PBX service," said Dennis R. Gatens, vice president and general manager of OneAccess Networks, North America, in a press statement. "The One Series provides CCI Systems with a portfolio of solutions for today's hosted service requirements while supporting a roadmap of managed cloud application delivery services in the future."
