Hosted and virtual PBXs are growing at an exponential rate throughout North America thanks to the benefits they can provide to the telecommunications markets across the region.

In fact, VoIP service providers now bundle a PBX into part of their suites being leveraged by business customers. The next-generation product not only reduces the costs associated with telephony but also introduces a wide array of communications features that can improve the efficiency and productivity in organizations overall.

BroadConnect Telecom, a provider of hosted PBX phone systems throughout North America, has recently introduced its private cloud PBX at a reduced cost, enabling customers in the U.S to enjoy savings of over 75 percent when compared to traditional telecom providers. BroadConnect Telecom is also offering prepaid yearly options which will also prorate a monthly percentage discount to its American customers.

The company’s hosted PBX has increased in popularity in Canada dramatically. Unlike traditional PBX systems, hosted PBX does not require any additional hardware, so companies can save on capex and maintenance costs.

BroadConnect Telecom offers both fixed and flexible bundle plans that start as low as $9.99 a month with a full suite of calling features. By adopting these services, small and medium businesses can shrink their monthly expenditure by saving up to $70 a month per land line.

The fixed and flexible pricing hosted PBX plans are available with a number of convenient choices and businesses can select a fixed number of users and even choose the desired number of lines with one extension. They can enjoy free long distance calls in the U.S and Canada as well as see many advantages from features such as an auto attendant, voicemail and call waiting.

“We’re getting tremendous response after the deployment and offering of our patented private hosted PBX service here in the states,” said Ravi Prasher, VP of Sales, in a statement. “With the introduction of our PBX system business bundles, I expect all SMB’s to Enterprise users to jump onboard with very little reservation. After all, they understand how important value and security are. That’s something we at BroadConnect do, very well.”
