Tele1Ten, a provider of virtual PBX has just unveiled an introductory offer that allows its clients to use their service free for the first month. The company offers a quality virtual PBX (News - Alert) service at a cost- effective price, starting at $14.95 per month, per line.

By leveraging the hosted PBX functionality, businesses can project a professional image without having had to incur additional infrastructure costs.

An important feature of the company’s virtual PBX service is the Auto-Attendant feature, which allows businesses to gain maximum returns on their investment. The service does not require in-house systems or even licensed software to buy, manage and maintain.

The virtual PBX solution offers unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada and powers a plethora of features including HD voice capabilities. The service features important business utilities like direct numbers, extension calling and voicemail. Additionally, it provides a number porting facility.

With the IP-based virtual PBX service from Tele1Ten, customers can leverage local, long distance and Internet access services using just a single network connection. All calling features available can be accessed with this option, the company said in a press release.

Tele1Ten caters to small and medium businesses who typically cannot afford to buy expensive equipment. In addition, the company’s virtual PBX service needs no routine maintenance as it is fully managed and hosted at Tele1Ten.

The global PBX/ virtual PBX market has shown signs of recovery recently and according to Infonetics (News - Alert) Research, global PBX/KTS phone systems revenue grew in 3Q11 to $2.15 billion. When compared to the same quarter in the year prior, the global PBX market is up 6.6 percent, representing a slow yet improved period on a year-over-year basis.
