Virtual-PBX.ChooseWhat.com, a Virtual PBX review portal, has announced the establishment of near real-time Twitter feeds to aid in the effective delivery of information regarding business phone questions.

Increasingly, companies are embracing Virtual PBX business phone systems and finding them as an ideal alternative to the expensive traditional phone systems. Industry researches believe that it’s the “future face of business telecommunications.” And, social media is fast becoming a platform for companies to communicate with clients, whether it be providing them with information or solving any problems they may have.

The Virtual PBX Division’s Section Manager, Casey Jones, said that the company sees Twitter as an invaluable tool for communicating the latest industry news, discounts, coupons, and new hosted virtual PBX reviews to site visitors.

The management of the division establishes personal accounts to share and respond to questions. Thanks to this, the staff of the virtual PBX division can ensure the appropriate level of oversight to answer questions from current or potential clients.

Instead of waiting for the latest review or news to be posted to the ChooseWhat.com site, customers who follow Jones or other staff members can now receive the latest feedback on product testing results and free trial offers. In addition, they can also receive new virtual PBX service discounts or coupons available to ChooseWhat.com visitors.

ChooseWhat.com provides entrepreneurs with an informative guide through the process of starting a business. Earlier this year, it re-launched the 800 phone numbers comparison portal to provide comparisons between top 800 number service providers on the company's website platform.

It's also where service providers learn how to profitably roll out the services their subscribers are clamoring for – and where resellers can learn about new growth opportunities.
