Telcentris, a vendor of cloud communications products, has announced the availability of its white label product, which company officials describe as “an end-to-end managed wholesale VoIP enablement platform that offers customers a complete suite of services and robust back-end infrastructure.”

The white label offering is designed to provide interconnects, ILECs, CLECs, ITSPs, and entrepreneurs a plug-and-play environment that enables them to set up a VoIP company in a matter of weeks with little upfront investment, company officials say.

Last month TMC’s Anuradha Shukla wrote that Telcentris “introduced a robust instant-quote and contract creation tool, by using sales software platform, MasterStream.”

The new tool has been customized for Telcentris' Channel Partner Program, and it has the ability to automate detailed quotes and proposals across the company's complete family of business services: hosted IP-PBX, SIP trunking and related Internet telephony offerings.

In addition to offering the platform directly for private labeling, Telcentris provides this type of turnkey white label VoIP to indirect sales channels through its Channel Partner Program.

“The demand for VoIP continues to grow as consumers and businesses shift from traditional telephony to Internet-based phone services due to cost and feature considerations,” said Bryan Hertz, CEO of Telcentris. “Our white label solution equips customers with the portfolio of a full-fledged VoIP provider, but none of the expensive infrastructure or maintenance cost requirements.”

The white label service offers SIP trunking -- tools for providing VoIP phone service for premise-based phone systems, enabling cost savings through unlimited free on-network calling, low long-distance usage rates, scalability, and other benefits. There’s also hosted IP-PBX, managed business phone systems with flexible features such as customizable auto attendants, call forwarding to multiple phone numbers and ring groups, teleconferencing, call transfer, call waiting, voicemail-to-email, caller ID services, and more.
