Pacific Business Centers Offers Virtual Office Services
By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor
Pacific Business Centers announced that it is now offering cloud virtual office services to large and small businesses.
In this weak economy, businesses are not able to justify the cost of having a high priced office when employees can be productive from home. Virtual offices allow them to have a presence throughout the country and still keep operating costs at a minimum.
Shared office space is common among small businesses, but now the big corporate world is also realizing its benefits. Most office spaces with conference rooms, Internet, faxing and an answering service cost thousands of dollars a month. Virtual office will cost a small percentage of that and the office itself will be available when needed.
The most attractive feature of operating out of virtual business centers is the fact that a business can expand without adding a lot of overhead. Much like virtual office company Phone (News - Alert).com's $9.88 per month for 300 minutes and a complete IVR (Pbx like function set), a average full-service virtual office space will cost approximately $200 per month, as compared with $1000 for a small office in an out of the way location, according to company officials.
“It is no surprise that our concept of Virtual Office Productivity Enhancements is meeting such enthusiastic response in large enterprises, but the economy is obviously giving our business an additional boost as lower cost coupled with maximum flexibility is exactly what businesses need in these very challenging times,” Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Business Centers, in a statement.
Pacific Business Centers offers a cost-effective solution and allows business owners to concentrate on running their business. They also open up networking opportunities that would not be available in a traditional office setting, according to company officials.
Recently, TMCnet reported how virtual office can improve employee productivity during winter. The report cites an estimate from the Office of Personnel and Management (OPM) that shows government office closures due to bad weather cost roughly $100 million a day in lost productivity. A virtual office can help eliminate this lost productivity, the report said.
