Alpine Access, a leading provider of virtual contact center solutions and services, announced yesterday that it is looking to expand its virtual contact center and are looking for approximately 100 work-from-home employees. While they are looking for any Texas-based employees over the course of the next few weeks – including Dallas, Irving, and Plano locations – they are specifically looking for Dallas-based candidates.
The company is now able to expand its virtual call center environment as a result of recently gaining new business opportunities in the restaurant and hospital industries. This prospect opened up the door to be able to pursue even higher-quality service and a more unique ability to match agents specifically to client-determined criteria and customers.
The company currently employs thousands of individuals in more than 1,800 cities and towns across the U.S. and Canada. Individuals hired for the job will be responsible for providing premier customer service for several of America’s “most recognized dining establishments.” The company is therefore looking for prospective candidates who are self-described “foodies” who also prefer working from home.
The qualifications don’t end there; in addition to being both people- and food-oriented, these individuals must also have strong technical skills and be able to quickly build strong connections with customers while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
“The quality and value of Alpine Access’ virtual contact center model continues to drive high demand for our services, which in turn allows us to offer more Americans jobs,” said Christopher M. Carrington, CEO of Alpine Access. “With an official state motto of friendship, residents of Texas are ideally suited for our home-based positions. Friendly, experienced and with a love for good food, the people of Texas have all the traits that we are looking for in order to successfully support our restaurant and hospitality clients.”
