Cloud-based services are offering companies considerable savings and market differentiation. Recently, Momentum, a provider of digital voice services and broadband management, is now providing an advanced hosted contact center for enhanced customer relations and increased productivity. This new service offers companies with a cloud-based solution to bring efficiency to all types of call centers.
Advanced features of Momentum's contact center consist of an online management system that can be accessed from any Internet-enabled device. It also provides an adaptable call-queuing system consisting of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). Momentum's advanced ACD system offers a reliable solution for call center traffic management that produces committed no-answer treatments, personalized customer service, and pooled staff resources, the company stated in a press release.
“Momentum's Contact Center was cultivated to support a variety of customer settings with a single platform. Like our other business products, Momentum's call center solution is backed by a hosted architecture and is complete with scalable service options capable of supporting remote agents," said Brandon Hagood, director of product development at Momentum. “Our call center solution can essentially serve the needs of any size, any type of business.”
Virtual call centers are making real progress as companies realize their inherent benefits. Recently, Enghouse (News - Alert) Interactive sponsored a study that highlighted the various benefits of installing virtual and cloud-based call centers, besides simply freeing up vital resources. Enghouse Interactive (News - Alert) has established that joining multi-site contact center operations together into a single 'virtual' contact center in the cloud has reduced queue times and problems associated by call spikes.
