Metropolis’s line of products for virtual call and contact centers includes ProfitWatch Call Accounting for Property Managers, a user-friendly call accounting application designed to meet the needs of property managers and hospitality industry clients. ProfitWatch features multi-site capabilities and real-time billing, allowing companies to produce additional revenue while lowering costs through flexible tenant and guest invoicing, enhanced staff productivity and mitigated phone problems.
The company’s AgentWatch Contact Center Solution permits call center managers to reduce abandoned calls and boost agent performance. It enables monitoring of numerous hunt groups and transmits alerts to management when key performance indicators exceed manager-defined levels.
Call centers may also used Metropolis’ OfficeWatch Telemanagement for Business, which allows convenient tracking of all enterprise calls to assess employee productivity and prevent unauthorized phone usage. OfficeWatch Telemanagement for Business features an automatic report scheduler that produces an unlimited number of reports for email, print or data storage on a periodic basis to be determined by the call center managers. 911 alert notifications and trunk analysis tools for liability and expense reduction are also included in OfficeWatch Telemanagement for Business.
Founded in 1993, Metropolis Technologies creates telemanagement solutions for businesses of all sizes and industries. In January, the company announced that the sandwich chain Subway had selected OfficeWatch as its telemanagement solution. The company said that Subway chose OfficeWatch to generate automatic reports for all incoming and outgoing calls and its ability to specify the type of information and details included in the reports. Metropolis said that OfficeWatch could track call information details like extensions, departments, dates, duration of calls, cost of calls and length of calls. The company noted that using OfficeWatch, Subway now had access to the solution’s 911 emergency call alarms and alerts.
