Contactual Appoints New Vice President of Sales for Americas, Asia Pacific



Virtual call center solutions company Contactual (News - Alert) has a new Vice President of Sales: software sales veteran David Hanafee, who comes to the company with more than 20 years of industry experience.
 
Hanafee will be in charge of sales for Contactual’s Americas and Asia Pacific regions, and reports directly to the company’s CEO, Mansour Salame (News - Alert). In this context Hanafee will spearhead channel and direct sales initiatives.
 
Salame said bringing Hanafee on board will help Contactual cement a leadership role in the contact center space.
 
“David’s expertise in technology sales, his energy, and a dynamic leadership style will help accelerate Contactual’s sales in this growing market,” Salame said of Hanafee, in a statement.
 
Hanafee himself was equally enthusiastic about his new position, noting that Contactual’s producs are designed to help companies in many different industries build loyal and profitable relationships with customers.
 
“I look forward to using my software industry experience to accelerate revenues, reinforce existing sales channels, and achieve the next level of growth,” Hanafee said in a statement.
 
Before joining Contactual, Hanafee was vice president of global sales at Raveflow, a company that performs precision requirements validation for software developers. Prior to that, he held positions at New Channel, Inc. (an eCRM firm later acquired by Live Person) and Primus Knowledge Solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University College in Dublin, Ireland.
