Contactual Honored with OnDemand Top 100 Ranking



According to press release issued earlier today, for the second year in a row, software provider Contactual has been recognized as a leader in the on demand field for its portfolio of customer service and virtual call center solutions by AlwaysOn. Contactual (News - Alert) enables call centers to access new competencies in a modular respect, cherry picking solutions that work for them as they expand. Contactual has customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium businesses, and distribution partners serving the U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia.

Online media provider AlwaysOn’s list of the OnDemand 100 has historically been a showcase for thought-leaders and buzz generators in the field of hosted solutions. With this announcement, Contactual adds yet another trophy to its already storied case. The company was also a recipient of a Customer Interaction Solutions product of the year in January, a prize that it also received in 2010.
