UniPress FootPrinting Around Europe

Edison, NJ-based UniPress Software Inc., a developer of Web-based service desk automation software, just announced that it has expanded the distribution throughout Europe for FootPrints, its flagship line of Web-based service desk solutions. The 20-year-old company made new distribution deals with CENIT AG Systemhouse and Jostmeiersoft Software & Service GmbH in Germany, Evolment Soluciones Tecnologicas, S.L. in Spain and Portugal, NCR Cesk Republika s.r.o in the Czech Republic, Draware A/S in Denmark, and ON Solution AS in Norway. Additionally, UniPress continues its partnership in the UK and Ireland through UniPress Software Limited.

UniPress FootPrints product line includes UniPress flagship ITIL certified FootPrints technology, available in more than one version -- FootPrints, FootPrints for eService, FootPrints for Exchange, and the FootPrints Hosting Service. The newly signed distributors will also be able to offer add-on solutions, including dynamic address book links for LDAP-based address book and SQL integration, automated asset management, integration with LANSurveyor, Microsoft SMS for network and asset management, automated software deployment, live e-support, network monitoring and security, and written support solution libraries.
