Iwatsu and Sphere Among Presenters at IT EXPO Disaster Preparedness Session
By Mae Kowalke, TMCnet Senior Editor
Communications systems are vital to all enterprises, and as such an utmost concern is how to ensure that, in the event of a natural or man-made disaster, interruptions to business operations are prevented or kept to a minimum.
This important topic will be discussed at Internet Telephony Conference and EXPO West session titled “Disaster Planning Communications Forum,” to be held at the show (in San Diego) on Oct. 12 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The session features a rotating selection of panelists that includes application vendors, resellers and managed service providers from companies participating in the Disaster Planning Communications Forum. Among the panelists is Todd Landry, Senior Vice President at Sphere Communications; and Don Gant, VP Channel Marketing and Business Development at Iwatsu Voice Networks.
Attendees of this important session are encouraged to come armed with questions for the panelists. Alternatively, resellers can submit questions relating to succeeding in/entering the market, and end-users can submit individual questions and/or requests that their company be used as an illustration of how to develop emergency plans. All requests should be submitted to maxschroeder@tmcnet.com.
Audience participation is strongly encouraged so come prepared with questions for the panelists or 1) Resellers should submit questions such as how to succeed or enter the market 2) End-users submit a request that their company be used as an illustration of how to develop a plan or simply submit individual questions. Send requests to:
