The toll-free service is a pan-India service. Therefore, the team will offer tech support, level one and two troubleshooting, information about products and availability, options to escalate complaints and opportunities to provide feedback to the company.
In a press statement, Tejas Sheth, country manager at Asia Powercom, said "Our aim is to reach our customers in the remote and far flung areas with this toll free numbers. We have a team of 70 service engineers and 4 terminals especially dedicated to solve the grievances of our customers. We not only provide after sales support but we also help customers in locating the nearest service engineer to them thus providing holistic solution. "
