Mu Dynamics, the leader in testing next-generation network IP services, has a lot to be proud of looking back on its accomplishments in 2010.
In April, Mu Dynamics (News - Alert) joined the Microsoft (News - Alert) Security Development Lifecycle Pro Network. The member companies of the SDL Pro Network offer end-to-end software development services complete with security and privacy safeguards. In its capacity as an SDL Pro Network member, Mu Dynamics offers the Mu Test Suite, which can help fulfill the verification and release phase requirements of the SDL.
The following month, the company launched its Mu Test Suite 5.0, the first testing solution to emulate complex network scenarios generated from real-world traffic. Key capabilities of Mu Test Suite 5.0 include Multi-host support, which enables testers to now emulate multiple hosts while testing their service as well as support for complex network topologies.
In October, Mu Dynamics discovered and helped remediate the fix for one of the zero-day vulnerabilities detailed in Microsoft Patch recent security bulletin. Microsoft credited Mu Dynamics with finding TLSv1 Record Client Denial of Service Vulnerability.
More recently, in November, Mu announced its expansion into the Federal government to address the needs and challenges facing government agencies. Mu Dynamics’ easily deployable testing solutions provide a comprehensive solution for the key requirements identified around information assurance, cyber security and IPv6 migration.
One of the more important accomplishments was an announcement of the company’s sixth record quarter and more than 100 percent year-over-year growth, driven by quick customer adoption.
