Genie Parker, Operations at VanillaSoft, has been recognized as a 2018 winner for the 20 Women Leaders in Business by the Sales Lead Management Association. This is a well-deserved honor after more than 30 years in the industry as a sales and marketing leader and influencer.
Parker’s experience is centralized in the telemarketing industry with a business presence in verticals like technology, non-profits, business and financial services, and manufacturing. In addition, she co-founded Parker, Murray and Associates, a call center focused on delivering sales and sales leads to a mix of industries, focusing on small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
For 15 years, Parker Murray continuously delivered sales, qualified leads, appointments, marketing, and fund-raising services for the businesses in need. Parker was also adamant about the utilization of premiere management technologies, which is why she meshed so well with VanillaSoft.
An extensive command of technology, telemarketing and mixing the two helped Parker give VanillaSoft clients the tools they had been desperately seeking. The simplicity and ease of use that has been achieved is based on Genie Parker’s extensive experience in the field, with a keen eye on developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Additional achievements which have helped garnered Genie Parker this recognition include:
- Building an internal accounting system and processes for HR, AR and AP,
- Building an internal sales process,
- Building a support knowledge base,
- Overseeing new website development,
- Founded and built business development relationships, and
- Playing an integral role in developing and building VanillaSoft's Cloud-based, Lead Management Platform
As it stands now, at VanillaSoft, Parker oversees marketing strategy, directs marketing communication efforts, and partners with sales to keep up the company’s brand awareness and market immersion.
The 20 Women Leaders in Business is sponsored by SLMA (Sales Lead Management Association) and Funnel Media Group.
