eGain Transforms B2C Websites into Interactive Shopping Destinations

eGain claims that its Interactive Sales Suite enables the deployment of holistic customer engagement strategies with a solution that is both agile and comprehensive.

Elaborating further on the new offering eGain says that it enables B2C marketing and sales teams to easily test alternative customer engagement strategies. Businesses don’t require IT to deploy, measure, and refine website offers. All they need is a single-line Javascript addition to the website footer, says eGain.
