Drishti-Soft to Focus on Telemarketing Software AmeyoXchange

Drishti-Soft Solutions, a provider of communications technologies for next-generation enterprises, is looking at utilizing the Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) regulations by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) by focusing more on its telemarketing software, AmeyoXchange.


AmeyoXchange, a contact center solution, gives easy compliance to all the regulations for telemarketing processes. TRAI is becoming serious about UCC. The new regulations will put pressure on telemarketers in India to check with the national Do Not Call registry and scrub their call lists before making calls.

The industry is looking for a solution that can be upgraded to a more relevant solution at minimum cost. AmeyoXchange enables contact centers to answer problems like Interactions History Reports, MIS and DND Compliance. The solution is available at a cost similar to PBX (News - Alert) for call centers, according to company officials.AmeyoXchange’s DND database management and DND number blocking capability for outbound calls are designed to enable adherence to Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) regulations. The solution is compact and includes core call center functionalities like conference, transfer and hold. It also provides voice logging for supervision and monitoring.

“AmeyoXchange is a benchmarked solution and uses only tested components of the Ameyo suite and other proven Telephony Technologies to provide carrier-grade performance and reliability,” said Sachin Bhatia, vice president, Drishti-Soft, in a statement.

“Drishti does not compromise on components,” Bhatia said citing an example of the Telephony cards coming from the SE Asia region. “We commit more than 99.5 percent uptime without redundancy and with it, even higher.”

The Java-based Ameyo application platform makes AmeyoXchange scalable with more than 1000 channels in single setup, Bhatia added. “Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Model Driven Approach (MDA (News - Alert)) base make AmeyoXchange completely extensible. The solution can be further upgraded with on-demand features like CTI, predictive dialer, and IVRS to yield a complete communications suite.

Recently, Drishti-Soft announced that it entered the Indonesian market by partnering with Orange (News - Alert) Garden Indonesia, a reputed provider for enterprise communications.
