DAKCS Software Announces Alliance with Contact Center Compliance

DAKCS Software Systems, Inc., a major player in collection software solutions, has entered into an alliance with Contact Center Compliance (CCC) of Santa Rosa, California to provide clients with the best solution to address FCC (News - Alert) Wireless and FTC DNS compliance requirements.


Officials with Contact Center Compliance said that the company is relied on by hundreds of call center and collection agencies to provide necessary real-time data.

According to company officials, CCC has developed an exclusive wireless carrier database that allows them to deliver the most accurate results when identifying and scrubbing for mobile numbers. They are also an authorized reseller for NeuStar (News - Alert) which tracks ported wireless numbers (from home phone land line to mobile) on a daily basis.

Company officials said that by selecting CCC, DAKCS is now able to provide real-time updates for their turn key dialing solution: VIC, as well as for their new web based dialing solution: Vocality (News - Alert).

Each DAKCS client can now utilize the CCC real-time updated feed to stay on top of this hot compliance issue. This feed is provided as an integrated, failsafe solution.

CCC, company officials said, can also identify the five states that have additional restrictions on manual calls to cell phones. Through Contact Center Compliance, DAKCS is able to provide a safe harbor guarantee for customers looking to prevent TCPA complaints as well as a means to identify mobile customer numbers safe for manual calls.

Patterson said that by providing the cell phone scrubbing option to the customers, the company demonstrates its ongoing commitment to providing the DAKCS community with the products and services that guarantee their success in this competitive industry.

 “With the increasing trend toward consumer protection by the FCC and FTC (News - Alert), companies in the collection and contact center industries run the risk of incurring large fines if they are not properly obeying the national, state and wireless “Do Not Call” rules,” said Ryan Thurman, director of sales and marketing with CCC.
