Juvo Technologies has worked in the telecommunications management business for nearly a decade and a half. Its telecom management software is based on its Simplicity software engine, which allows businesses to manage their telecom assets online in real time. Previously, this Web portal was only available through desktop browsers. A recent announcement, however, notes that Juvo has released a mobile app that provides the same functionality as its desktop counterpart.
Bryan Schroder, founder of Juvo, said in his company's announcement that the app is exciting not only because it places Juvo into the mobile arena but also because the mobile app is so powerful.
“This mobile application is a very exciting leap forward for Juvo Technologies. Only two or three other Telecom Expense Management providers in the market have a fully functioning mobile TEM application, and we believe ours provides the most robust set of functionality available,” Schroder said. “Both versions of our application can now manage all the wireless and wireline telecommunications of an entire company.”
Juvo's services include wireline and wireless management. This includes consolidated billing, inventory management, reporting, and technical support. Consolidated billing allows businesses to view a single billing summary that is a combination of several carrier bills which can be confusing and slow down payment processing. Juvo also identifies billing discrepancies and can help resolve such issues.
Inventory management provides telecoms with around-the-clock access to their inventory that can be sorted by location, product type, and service type. The combination of voice, data, and Internet-based products in a single location comprise the entire footprint of the business. From there, managers can print out custom IT, inventory, and billing reports that can display information relevant either to telecoms as a whole or to individual departments.
All of these functions have been available in the Web portal for telecoms to use through their browsers. Now the same functions will be available through the mobile app so telecoms can manage a sizeable portion of their operations through any device they use at any point in time.
Chris Morse, the chief technology officer at Juvo, explains that “customers can view and submit tickets, orders, invoices, inventory, and more directly on any device in an application that mirrors the current desktop/laptop PC version in a much more streamlined and efficient way.”
Efficiency and capability is the pair that can make Juvo's product rise above the rest. It is not enough to simply allow telecoms to control their wired and wireless operations from within an app; it must also be easy to use and provide a level of comfort that matches well with touch screens. Juvo says it has done that with the help of customer feedback and its years of experience in the industry.
