Rivermine is the first company to offer an electronic interface linking its telecom expense management (TEM) solutions to Verizon Business for proactive ordering and managing telecom services.
Verizon Business’ eBonding service includes tools for order management, inventory reporting, trouble management, and tracking and resolution-- enabling enterprise customers to streamline communications, improve ease of use, control costs and lead to timely resolution of network-management issues.
Providing customers with a direct link to Verizon Business offers improved productivity levels through reduced ordering times, faster installation and no longer needing to re-key data between the two offerings.
With the real-time status updates provided by Verizon, it is also possible for companies to have better visibility and control over their telecom spend.
eBonding also reduces errors and identifies issues faster, for quicker response times.
Rivermine customers are currently being offered eBonding for order management – with the remaining capabilities to be available soon.
Fifth Third Bank, a Cincinnati-based, Fortune 300 financial services institution, is the first joint customer currently implementing Verizon eBonding for order management and will benefit from using the solution to fully automate the order process from initiation to fulfillment.
