Survey Tool from Plum Voice Goes Social

June 09, 2011

Floodlight surveys from IVR and VoiceXML hosting provider Plum Voice have been simplifying survey production since its release, and now the company has new reason to celebrate. With upgraded social and business media features, Floodlight now easily integrates with Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert), making it the most socially connected multimodal application development survey tool out there.

We all know social media is taking over, and businesses are recognizing the impact of social networking in all aspects of operational production and the customer experience. Floodlight’s tools give users the ability to create surveys and distribute them across multiple forms of media including the Web, mobile devices, and now social forums.

Plum Voice CEO Andy Kuan stated, “Social media is becoming a major communication tool in business as well as social circles. Your customers and prospective customers are using them. With Floodlight, you can use them to reach those customers and potential customers.”

You don’t have to be a tech wizard to take advantage of Floodlight’s technology. Incorporating an easy-to-use, author-once-and-deploy platform, anyone can develop surveys and make them immediately available over multimedia services. And, now, with the inclusion of social media functions, users can deploy surveys over Facebook and Twitter.
