Loquendo's Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech Technology on Display

Loquendo (News - Alert), a provider of speech technologies has introduced speech solutions for navigation, hand-held devices, desktop PCs and telephony servers in 21 languages and 51 voices to both the telecommunications and enterprise markets globally.
 
The company, who will be at the upcoming SpeechTEK 2007 event, will be previewing a number of their cutting edge speech technologies demonstrating usages as well as offering live demos for attendees.
 
 
At the show, Loquendo will highlight advantages like cost savings and ROI, as well as offer a look at new advancements like Loquendo TTS version 7.3; including new capabilities that empower Java programmers and improve voice intelligibility in noisy environments.
 
Loquendo will also showcase Loquendo ASR version 7.4, which features an expanded vocabulary.
 
Loquendo also noted in a news release that they will demonstrate their new Olidata Regalo Voice which makes it possible to interact with the TV using one's voice to browse through program guides, record video or access media.

Loquendo will also present a series of speeches during the event covering topics like, "Tips & Techniques for Implementing Speech Applications," as well as topics focused on advanced and innovative speech applications and technologies.
 
Loquendo will be located at BOOTH #509 at SpeechTEK which will be held August 20-23, 2007 at the Marriott Marquis, in New York City.
