By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor

Adding to the growing family of voices in Loquendo's (News - Alert) speech technology family, is the company's newest family member Kerem.
Kerem is a male Turkish voice complete with Loquendo's emotional component that adds expression and a much more life-like element to the voices.
With the emotional element, it becomes possible for Kerem to pronounce everyday expressions with lively-hood and also has the ability to laugh, sigh, hiccup or cry. By choosing the correct punctuation or an option from a simple drop down list, designers are able to easily add these elements to the voices.

The new family member also helps extend Loquendo's reach into the European market—providing companies with the ability to support partners in the expanding Turkish market and offering support for Turkish speaking users around the world.

With the addition of Kerem to the Loquendo family of voices, the company's portfolio has now expended to include 21 languages and 51 voices.
