Loquendo TTS to Power Voice Messaging Solution for Ontario Systems

In a bid to improve the speech technology provided to clients via their Verified Contacts product, Ontario Systems LLC., a provider of software solutions for debt collection, has announced they will utilize Loqunedo's TTS speech technology.
 
As per the agreement, Loqunedo's TTS technology will be utilized within the company's integrated voice messaging solution, Verified contacts, which is used to make thousands of automated outbound calls. The enhanced offering will highlight expressive voice capabilities and make the system more personal and life-like for each campaign. This will include the ability to address each contact by name, and other account specific data made possible through text-to-speech technology.
 
According to a news release, Ontario Systems’ clients can also utilize speech technologies from Loquendo to "power staffed dialer campaigns with FOTI-compliant answering machine messages tailored with account specific data." The news release also noted, "Loquendo technology optimizes license utilization relative to other available technologies, reducing the cost of ownership while improving product quality."

Jason Harrington, Ontario Systems’ director, product development commented, “Several market-leading firms are already experiencing success using the Verified Contacts product. We believe our clients’ return on investment will continue to increase as Loquendo’s text-to-speech technology is integrated into Verified Contacts, increasing the value of the product offering.”
 
Yesterday, Loquendo announced new company structure plans that will focus specifically on sales and marketing. The push was in response to recognized improvements in both their domestic and international markets.
 
Their plan calls for a more focused and expanded sales force as well as dedicated structures for all geographical areas and business segments.
 
As per of the new plans, the company will also focus on an improved product portfolio and account managers who can better address customer needs.
