Loquendo Announces Company Expansion to Improve Sales and Marketing

In a bid to further expand on their increased growth and profitability, speech technology provider Loquendo, has announced new company structure plans that will focus specifically on sales and marketing.
 
Loquendo, a Telecom Italia (News - Alert) company, offers speech recognition and text to speech solutions for navigation and handheld devices, desktop PCs, and telephony servers.
 
The company's push to improve the structure within their company was recognized along with improvements in both their domestic and international markets.
 
Their plan calls for a more focused and expanded sales force as well as dedicated structures for all geographical areas and business segments.
 
As per of the new plans, the company will also help to create an improved product portfolio as well as account managers who can better address customer needs.
 
Some of the changes highlighted in a news release include:
 
-Two main sales areas now dedicated to the Italian market and to the International market respectively, to promote Loquendo’s core products and solutions.
 
-A specialized area devoted to Government Intelligence Solutions, focusing on the sale of security technologies and solutions to government agencies.
 
-Marketing and Business Development division responsible for overall marketing activities worldwide, strategic partnerships, and OEMs in the area of embedded technologies.
 
According to the news release, three new dedicated Sales areas and a new Marketing and Business Development division were launched on July 1st 2007.
