By providing customers in Mexico with a more natural American Spanish speaking TTS voice from Loquendo, one company has been able to increase collection rates while improving their overall customer experience.
By increasing the emotion and naturalness of their automated collections systems with Loquendo's TTS technology, Auronix, a call center solutions provider for the Latin American market, has allowed Mexico's Credito Real to recognize benefit from their newly powered telephony application.
To achieve the success, Loquendo provided Carlos, a Spanish speaking TTS voice that is expressive and natural sounding. The voice offers the whole Latin-American Spanish sector a voice they can relate to, and find ease with helping to guide them through the collections process.
According to a news release, the success of the implementation has pushed Credito Real to look to Loquendo ASR technology to include in their IVR
systems as well. Using the enhanced system, Auronix's, Ivervox IVR system will offer customers, Carlos. Carlos will greet them, answer their questions and listen to them. These capabilities will also increase in the future and provide the ability to carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
Piergiorgio Vittori, Auronix Sales Manager for South America commented, "Loquendo is delighted to be collaborating with Auronix. Their advanced telephony solutions, including IVRs with skill routing
and call blending, are enabling call centers to respond ever more efficiently to customers' needs, while Loquendo TTS and Loquendo ASR provide callers with a pleasant and far more natural experience."
