H-Care Turns to Loquendo to Revolutionize Customer Experience

Loquendo (News - Alert), a global provider of speech technology, and H-Care, a company focused on developing multichannel platforms for self-service and customer care, have revolutionized the customer’s online experience with a range of customer care solutions for diverse sectors right across the globe.

 
H-Care’s Human Digital Assistants (HDAs) are avatars that use Loquendo’s TTS to speak. HDAs have found success in a variety of sectors, such as the voice guide or the Fiat online showroom and on Telecom Italia’s (News - Alert) customer care portal.
 
HDAs can now also help customers to navigate the websites of TIM Brazil and Lottomatica. Visitors to these websites can check their bills and make payments online with the help of Tim Brazil’s virtual guide.

Lottomatica's online assistant, Vicky, helps visitors to find their way around www.better.it - where they can see all the latest results and place bets online. Winners are provided a real-time, personalized MMS featuring the animated face of Vicky with the voice of Loquendo TTS.

The MMS Campaign Management solution enables customers to receive a short video message that features one of the H-Care HDAs. This solution is considered to be ideal for marketing campaigns, mobile newscasts, prize winner notification, reminders to pay bills or renew insurance policies, and so much more.

Ideal for multimedia kiosks, the MMS Campaign Management allows the customer to focus attention on targeted products and information. The HDA avatar is wired to a sensor and camera which identify any new customers in the vicinity of the kiosk. The terminal then directs audio-visual stimuli towards them, enticing them to come closer.

H-Care’s innovative Human Digital Assistants feature the expressive voices of Loquendo TTS in all major languages. These HDAs help clients to navigate websites, check their bills, guide them through payment procedures, promotional offers, or help them choose the product that best fits their requirements.

While consumers throughout the world are increasingly turning to self-service solutions, not all are adept at completing all steps of every process without assistance. As such, there is a significant demand for HDAs in a variety of areas.

These assistants are put in place to offer the customer help and their ability to speak lends to their ability to provide the knowledge necessary to resolve the customer issue. This capability leads to an improved experience for the customer and a better overall perception of the company.
