Spanish Language Contact Center Solutions: Verizon Introduces Newly Personalized FiOS Service Bundles

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

As some people lead fuller digital lifestyles than others, Verizon has designed just launched new options for customers who want to personalize their FiOS (News - Alert) service bundles to fit their individual voice, broadband and home-entertainment needs. Hispanic households now have the option to customize their bundles as well, starting with Verizon's (News - Alert) La Conexion and other Spanish language bundles, further improving and elevating the level of Spanish language contact center solutions as operators must successfully assist Spanish-speaking customers.

Before these customizable bundles were introduced to the market, consumers were forced to use slow Internet speeds and the number of TV channels that were assigned to specific FiOS bundles and price points. With the newly launched bundles, consumers will be able to choose and mix services to customize their bundles, with only $5 -$10 in additional monthly charges. However, discounts are available to new customers who order triple-play bundles online including telephone, Internet and cable, a press release revealed

"For some customers, broadband Internet speed is more important than a lot of TV options; for others, robust TV rules the household; and some customers want it all," said Mike Ritter, Verizon chief marketing officer for consumer and business services. "Now, our FiOS customers have more options for personalizing their Internet or TV services to satisfy all their needs."

Verizon's flexible service choices enable customers to find exactly what they want and how much of it they want within FiOS Digital Voice, Internet and TV service. For example, consumers who are constantly on social media websites such as Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter may require more video and photo uploading than a high level of television programming options.

Paying for only what you need is something customers of any nationality are sure to be happy with. The fact that there is now a dedicated Hispanic bundle that people can choose from is guaranteed to help Spanish language contact center solutions expand, as some Spanish-speaking people will be calling with questions and others to purchase the new service.
