Agiloft, Inc., a provider of business process software, recently introduced its new enterprise-class application for license lifecycle management.
Officials explained that the Agiloft's LLM solution is pre-integrated with Flexera, Echelon, LUM, and PC Guard. It is designed to help companies that issue licenses to easily generate, renew and manage licenses throughout their entire lifecycle.
The new application supports any license enforcement product, the company said. With the help of this solution, a company can better manage license bundling, discounts and special promotions.
Agiloft's LLM solution, available either as a SaaS (News - Alert) solution or an on-site deployment, also features an end-user portal with unlimited, 24/7 access, which allows customers to track purchases, renew licenses, or purchase additional products.
"Agiloft's License Lifecycle Management application provides a powerful, expansible, and scalable solution for companies that issue licenses,” said Agiloft CEO Colin Earl in a statement. "By using Agiloft to automate and streamline their license management processes, these businesses can save time, forecast license revenue and ultimately improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction."
Agiloft's LLM solution also features timely, automatic notifications to customers and sales staff to maximize renewal rates. Additionally, the solution boasts of robust management reports and dashboards designed to provide key insight into license buying patterns and actionable, real-time data.
The company explained that more than 2.5 million users at companies, ranging from small enterprises to U.S. government agencies and Fortune 100 companies, currently use Agiloft software to automate processes like license lifecycle management, help desk, contract management and custom workflows.
In August, TMCnet reported that Agiloft, Inc. had been named “Best Overall Value” in Info-Tech Research Group's Mid-Market Service Desk Vendor Landscape report, which recognizes outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace.
