Looking to help companies better manage and motivate a global workforce, Globoforce has introduced new social and mobile enhancements in its solution, the company has announced.
Globoforce's latest social and mobile innovations change the way company culture and employee performance is measured and achieved as they continue to lead the recognition category. Business and HR leaders will now have improved recognition on the road with these advancements.
To provide company-wide visibility into culture and values in action, the enhanced Globoforce Mobile application features a company's continuous social feed, the company stated in a press release.
“Employee recognition is inherently social. It's how employees and managers connect and motivate each other toward common goals,” said Eric Mosley, CEO of Globoforce. “With our new product enhancements, we're taking our social and mobile innovations to the next level. Employee recognition can now be woven throughout a company's social fabric, helping instill company values globally, across all employee behaviors and actions.”
Further cementing a company's values and culture, it offers higher levels of recognition adoption with RSS newsfeeds for corporate intranets and more, and recognition can now be part of employees' everyday activities. It also offers even greater award flexibility where enhanced privacy controls and award levels give HR leaders more piece of mind about the security of corporate information.
At an upcoming event, Globoforce will be providing live demos of its latest social and mobile technologies, the company has stated.
In other news, Globoforce recently announced it has been listed as a sample vendor in the Gartner (News - Alert) Hype Cycle for HCM Software in the new category of Social Employee Recognition Systems. The Hype Cycle for HCM Software helps organizations make more informed buying decisions for HCM technology by providing insight into the maturity and scope of key applications.
