Searchmetrics Unveils Searchmetrics Essentials for Enabling Social Visibility

By Shamila Janakiraman, TMCnet Contributor

Searchmetrics specializing in search analytics software announced the introduction of its Searchmetrics Essentials data modules that are powered by fast and huge databases that are available for search and social media.

The new tool will provide global marketers with instant access to competitive intelligence in organic, paid and universal search besides also on Facebook (News - Alert), Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +1, Delicious and StumbleUpon in 15 countries, said Searchmetrics officials.

Dr. Horst Joepen, CEO, Searchmetrics, said in a release, “Searchmetrics Essentials incorporates proprietary data to ensure that customers have accurate, high-quality information that they can trust to make smart marketing decisions.”

“Many tools on the market pull from third-party data sources, but this provides no unique advantage. Our data includes more than just raw numbers, but actionable analytics to help companies quickly take advantage of opportunities all within one dashboard -- Searchmetrics Suite, our flagship solution,” Joepen added.

Searchmetrics Essentials goes beyond Searchmetrics’ capabilities in search visibility standard, which enhances Website performance on search engines by launching a powerful social visibility component. The social visibility of Websites is indicative of the popularity of companies on media networks and can be monitored over time in order to measure the impact of active social campaigns.

Joepen further added that with search and social media becoming interconnected it becomes necessary for companies to understand online marketing fully to be successful. Searchmetrics Suite, with Searchmetrics Essentials enables companies to instantly research the visibility of Websites, market verticals and social media presences in the same workspace where they do all major project activities.

It allows domains and keyword analysis, link building and reporting besides reducing the time spent on switching between tools and manually producing reports thereby saving more time for core activities.

Searchmetrics Essentials helps in the analysis of domains and keywords by organic, paid and universal (video, images, news, shopping, maps) search results and in determining popular content on social networks and compare “likes,” “shares,” “comments,” “tweets,” and others. It also helps in locating marketing advantages online from competitive and industry analysis.

Officials added that Searchmetrics Essentials enable the prediction of ROI by understanding the monetary value of organic, paid and universal search traffic and in adjusting quickly to algorithm changes and competitor campaigns.

Recently Searchmetrics announced that home furnishings retailer Crate and Barrel has selected Searchmetrics as their search engine optimization tool of choice.
