Webinar presenter Mark Ericson, director of product strategy at BlueNote Networks, will discuss the benefits and opportunities associated with building and deploying communications-enabled business processes. More specifically, he will outline the ease with which industry-standard interfaces and technologies enable integration of voice services without requiring any specialized telephony knowledge.
As part of the Webinar, “Streamlining Business Processes: Integrating Voice Communications through SOA,” Ericson will demonstrate a voice-enabled, supply-chain management application that uses software available from BlueNote Networks.
Topics that will be covered during the Webinar include:
-
Boosting efficiency by integrating voice communications with business processes
-
Adding telecommunications services to an SOA
-
Bringing out-of-band communications into the application workflow
-
Efficiently handling business exceptions scenarios using human interaction
-
SOA capabilities of BlueNote’s SessionSuite SOA Edition
BlueNote’s Webinar is targeted to anyone who wants to learn more about how communications enablement leads to less error prone, more efficient business processes and brings otherwise out-of-band communications into the application workflow.
The Webinar is scheduled to run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. PC users running Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server and Mac users running OS X 10.3.9 (Panther) or newer can participate.
