Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services provider ITP VoIP announced affordable Internet phone plans for small businesses and home businesses.
The VoIP plans from ITP VoIP combines the features of a traditional business system with the simplicity needed in a residential phone setup, according to company officials.
The company has announced Home Office Unlimited VoIP business plan. It is a combination of the features found in ITP’s other plans and is designed to better serve the needs of home business customers. It includes features like Auto-Attendant and Music-On-Hold.
Home Office Unlimited VoIP business plan is offered under $50 per month. Subscribers get two lines, with an easy upgrade option if they require multiple lines. The service is offered with no annual contract and is marked by 24/7 support from the ITP customer care staff.
In addition to the above, the Home Office Unlimited VoIP business plan combines call forwarding and waiting, caller ID block, *69, voicemail to e-mail/text, call recording, and online account management.
As part of the service, ITP has added a few premium services to home business customers. They include softphone software, virtual phone numbers, VoIP-based faxing, and business toll-free numbers offered as a la carte for moderate additional monthly fees.
Most attractive about ITP’s new offer is the affordable international rates. The service is available to dozens of countries, with the majority of locations available for under 50 cents per minute, company officials said. ITP subscribers can also call each other at no extra cost.
ITP’s services are reliable and hassle free. The company supplies plug-n-play routers with every plan.
Recently the company announced hosted PBX (News - Alert) and SIP trunking plans tailor made to suit a business' specific needs and does away with the need to hire extra IT staff, TMCnet reported. Both plans start as low as $19.99.
