Zultys offers IP-PBX (News - Alert) servers and other unified communications products and service through features like voice calling, IM, email, presence, find me-follow me, call recording, contact voicemail and center, multi-location networking. 

 

In an interview with TMC (News - Alert), Pierre Kerbage, vice president of sales at Zultys, said: “While our MX250 platform includes 160 hours of call recording and unlimited external archiving as options, our smaller appliance, the MX30 does not, and this is where we see the biggest fit. In essence, SIP Print brings to the SMB, a capability that is not normally found, enabling organizations with the compliance and retention needs that they have.”

 

Zultys – as TMC reported earlier this year – is seeking to position itself for market share gains this year with a series of revisions, updates and new features to its five core product families: the “Media Exchanges,” or “MX” platform that’s at the heart of its IP-PBX and UC system; IP phones; software and system management; connectivity; and Web conferencing.

The SIP Print Labs certification program is a multi-faceted effort by SIP Print “to work together with IP-PBX vendors, customers, and channel partners to define standards of interoperability and performance for call recording applications on SIP-based phone systems,” according to the company.  The so-called “collaborative initiative” will provide for a call recording ecosystem upon which industry participants can rely for verified working solutions.  The certification brings exceptionally strong value and peace-of-mind to end-users with mission critical call recording applications, company officials said.
